As burnout, anxiety and depression rises among U.S. workers, companies must be part of the solution. At the Milken Institute’s 2022 Global Conference, The Hartford's CEO Chris Swift advocated for employers to create open, inclusive work environments, invest in employee mental health, and lead with empathy in order to improve worker wellness and satisfaction, retention and overall performance.
